AUTUMN 2008

As the colder weather approaches, the Cape Cod Cafe will be offering a choice of warming soups, as well as our homebaked pies and Pasties, plus some autumn / winter style cakes such as pumpkin ,cranberry apple and cinnamon as well as our autumn cinnamon, apple and raisin scones with blackberry preserve and cream.Cape Cod Cafe will be open at weekends and most weekdays during the winter months.

In keeping with the Hotel Pavilion's New England Theme, On the weekend of 28th/29th and 30th of November ,we shall be holding an American Thanksgiving weekend, stay two nights and a traditional American three course roast turkey dinner will be included free of charge..and we have not forgotten the vegetarians, breakfasts will also have an authentic American style, a perfect chance to catch up on some christmas shopping and have relaxing  weekend in Eastbourne.

Pumpkin and Butternut Squash Bisque or New england fall salad,

Roast turkey with cornbread stuffing and cranberry sauce or

Plymouth vegetable bake with a rich vegetarian jus

a selection of fresh seasonal autumn vegetables

A choice of Homemade Thanksgiving desserts 

From the beginning of December Hotel Pavilion will be decorated in true New England festive style for Christmas.Whilst we are closing from 23rd of December and reopening on 28th December, we are open all over the new year period.New years day breakfast will include a glass of bucks fizz and we will be offering eggs benedict and smoked salmon bagels in addition to our regular menu to start 2009 in style
